Yukinobu Shibata is Japan's #1 Tuna fisherman. Mr. Shibata teaches his special way of tuna fishing all over the world, e.g., Hawaii, Portugal. He was invited to a Portuguese government several years ago. In his youth, Shibata was professional skier, and the first man to ski Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa. He now manages Hotel Snow Univers in Niseko and Shin Sei (Best Fresh Sea Food restaurant in Japan) in Shakotan. Mr. Shibata is a generous and kind gentleman, he loves smile with which people are pleased.
