Summary

A security measure outside the Houses of Parliament, London, England. These heavy black-painted blocks of concrete will prevent a vehicle being rammed into the building. Taken by Adrian Pingstone in November 2004 and released to the public domain, edited using PSE 3.0 to remove woman by Max Naylor.
