Reason for the deletion request: I'm concerned the turks got this one wrong. The image is claiming p.m.a. 70+ years. If it was taken in 1931, the author would have to have died within 7 years of taking it; claiming p.m.a. 70+ in this case requires quite a leap of faith (especially when the author is claimed to be "unknown"!) I would buy this if the image was taken in 1831, but this PD claim has absolutely no reasonable support. The source website, further, credits the Gandhi collection largely to Jagan Mehta (1909-2003) and sets a start date at 1933.
