Hope Education, one of the UK’s largest educational resources providers, has kindly offered to share its stand with SOS Children at The TES Education Show 2008 to raise awareness for World Orphan Week in February 2009.

Representatives from SOS will be available to discuss how schools can get involved by building relationships with schools in SOS Children’s Villages to help in the development of Global Citizenship.

Hope Education provides educational resources and equipment to thousands of early years, primary and secondary schools across the UK and internationally. They offer an extensive range of educational supplies from Early Years, Primary and Secondary curricular resources for Maths, English, Science, Art and Design through to Furniture. All of Hope’s resources are specially selected to inspire and encourage progress, growth and possibility for every child.

Visitors to Hope’s stand will benefit from a range of discounts at the show including a 10% discount on all orders placed at the show. Early years and primary practitioners will also be able to trial Hope’s latest resources including the newly developed Creation Station range. The Creation Station range is designed to provide endless creative fun and cross-curricular learning opportunities for 0-7 year olds including science and nature and sensory exploration.

Hope will also be showcasing their Fair Trade Kit, featuring a variety of multi-cultural instruments specifically chosen for small hands. This unique kit includes a rattlestick with juice beans, African thumb piano and a Mamfe hand rattle; ideal for musical classrooms and knowledge and understanding of the world (KUW) activities.
